I keep seeing these mini lampshades in shops but have found them a bit pricey, so I decided to give making my own a bash, and do you know what? I don't think they turned out half bad.
What you need:
Clear plastic cups
Fabric scraps
Spray adhesive
Scissors
Fairy lights
Tape
1. Cut the bottom and top rim off the plastic cups.2. Spray the back of the fabric with the adhesive and cover the plastic cups.
3. Tape the fairy light bulbs inside the covered cups (I used every other bulb so it didn't look too cluttered).
4. Plug in and go.
